Latch hooked tabard, wool

Tabards are practical garments, intwined in social structures and identity. Made using the process of latch hooking, traditionally used to make domestic passive pieces. When worn on the body, its an object of warmth and protection, bold and bright, a piece to be worn in protest.

“The future belonged only to us, the young, who were going to build a better one”
- Roger Hargraves

An ode to having the strength to carry on and drag yourself out of the dirt.
